Yummy Cornbread
1 box of jiffy mix 1 egg 1/3 cup of buttermilk 1/4 cup of sugar 1 cup of sour cream 1 stick of butter *salted* *Pour 1 box of jiffy mix into your bowl *melt a 1/2 stick of salted butter into your pan you will use to bake your cornbread, place into over until melted/soften *add 1/3 cup of buttermilk into your bowl of jiffy mix *add 1 egg into the bowl *add 1 cup of sour cream into the bowl *add 1/4 cup of sugar *mix your jiffy mix *check the pan in the over, then pour the butter into mix. Blend the butter into the mix. Once done *brush the butter 🧈 into pan then pour your mix into the pan. *bake 20-25 mins or until brown/done *once out the oven add the other 1/2 stick of butter on to the top cornbread until melted. Done! Eat and serve 😋
